Baneen Virji is an Aesthetic Nurse and the founder of BV Aesthetics, based in Moseley, Birmingham.

With over four years of experience in the aesthetics industry and a background in nursing, she holds a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine and is an Independent Nurse Prescriber.

Her clinic specialises in advanced skincare, medical-grade facials, and non-invasive skin rejuvenation. Baneen delivers results-driven treatments in a calm and relaxed environment.

The Challenge

Before bringing Beamwave into the clinic, I was looking for a way to elevate my treatment offering for clients seeking visible skin tightening and collagen stimulation, especially for brides, postnatal women, and more mature clients.

Although, I already offered advanced facials and peels, I wanted a more technology-led solution to tackle concerns like skin laxity, scarring, and overall rejuvenation without significant downtime.

The Solution

It gives me the ability to tailor treatments depending on the client’s concern whether it’s skin tightening, dark circles, scarring, or barrier repair.

I use it regularly for rejuvenation across the face, neck, and décolleté, as well as more targeted treatments for acne or pigmentation.

The device is also very comfortable during use, which helps with client satisfaction and repeat bookings.

The Results

Since introducing Gentlo, I’ve seen an immediate improvement in both treatment results and client feedback. The “tight and glowy” skin effect after RF microneedling is a huge hit - even after just one session.

Dark circles, under-eye lines, and perioral wrinkles (around the mouth) have visibly reduced in many patients. Clients regularly comment on how their skin feels tighter and looks fresher.

While it’s still early, I’ve already seen new clients come through the door specifically for this treatment; patients I wouldn’t have had before. The faster recovery is also a major benefit, especially for busy professionals and brides-to-be.
